Order

How can I place an order?

To place an order, first search for the desired product using our search function or browse our categories. Place the product in the shopping cart and click on 'Checkout'. Then follow the steps to enter your delivery address and payment information. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately by email (info@kfz-anlasser.de) or telephone (+49 176 84016233) with your order number. We will do our best to comply with your request, but cannot guarantee this if the goods have already been shipped.

Do I need a customer account for an order?

Yes, a customer account is required for the order. Registration is quick and free. With an account, you can track your orders, save your data and order faster.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice with the delivery. In addition, a digital copy will be sent to you by email. You can also view and download your invoices at any time in your customer account under 'My Orders'.

Payment

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: Invoice (payment within 14 days), PayPal (fast and secure online payment), Bank transfer (shipping after receipt of payment), Credit card (coming soon).

Is the payment secure?

Yes, all payments are processed via secure, encrypted connections. We use modern SSL encryption and only work with trustworthy payment service providers. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

When will my payment be debited?

With PayPal, the debit takes place immediately after order completion. With invoice, you have 14 days after receipt of the goods. With bank transfer, shipping takes place after receipt of payment on our account.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the destination: Germany 2–4 working days, Europe 5-10 working days, Worldwide 10-20 working days. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination: Germany 3.90 €, Europe 18.50 €, Worldwide 30.00 €. Further information can be found on our Shipping Page.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to view the current status of your shipment at any time. The tracking number can also be found in your customer account.

What happens if I am not at home?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the deliverer will leave a notification. You can then either pick up the package at a branch or arrange a new delivery date.

Products

How do I find the right spare part for my vehicle?

Use our OE Number Search to find the right spare part. Simply enter the OE number (Original Equipment Number) that you find on your old part. Alternatively, you can tell us the vehicle data and we will help you with the selection.

Are the products new or used?

All our products are high-quality new parts. We only carry quality-tested spare parts from renowned manufacturers such as AS-PL and other leading brands. Every part is checked before shipping.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes, all our products have the statutory warranty of 2 years. In the event of defects within this time, you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us if you have a problem with a product.

Do you offer installation instructions?

The installation of starters and alternators should be carried out by a specialist workshop. If you have technical questions about installation, you can contact us. We generally recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist.
