Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days
  • Delivery time Germany: 2–4 working days after shipping
  • Delivery time Europe: 5-10 working days after shipping
  • Delivery time Worldwide: 10-20 working days after shipping

The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is made to the transferring credit institution, or for other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

If you order multiple items in one order with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In that case, the delivery time applicable to the shipment as a whole shall be the delivery time of the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Important Notes

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. This allows you to conveniently track the status of your delivery. (Note: If you wish to receive the number directly from our carrier, we require your consent to share your email address with them during checkout.)

Packaging

Quality is our top priority. All automotive parts are secured in specialized packaging with sufficient padding so that your starter arrives undamaged.

Transport Damage

If a shipment arrives damaged despite our careful packaging, please report this to the carrier immediately where possible and contact us. Your statutory rights (warranty) remain unaffected.

Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss and damage. If you have problems with your delivery, please contact us immediately.

Customs Duties (outside EU)

We point out that for cross-border deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway) additional costs such as customs duties, taxes or service fees of the shipping provider may apply. These costs are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid directly by you to the responsible authorities or service providers.
