You have the right to revoke your order within 14 days without giving reasons and to return the goods.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.
According to the statutory right of withdrawal, consumers can return their order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. This applies to all online purchases in our shop.
Conditions for a return:
- The goods are in original condition and unused
- Original packaging is present and undamaged
- All accessories and documents are complete
- The 14-day period has been observed
How returns work
Notify withdrawal
Inform us by email, telephone or use our withdrawal form about your decision.
Pack goods
Pack the goods carefully in the original packaging. Enclose a copy of the invoice or order number.
Return shipping
Send the package to the address below. The costs for the return are borne by the customer.
Receive refund
After checking the goods, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method.

Costs of return
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. We recommend using an insured shipping service with tracking.
Loss of value
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
